When you learn that your client is purchasing a whole cow, you know it’s going to be a fun event! Working with Colorado Open Lands and learning about their mission was incredible. The best part about coordinating this event was the teamwork that went into it. Our Executive Chef, Jason, met with the client to make sure we had full understanding of their vision while Our Design Stylist, Stephanie, made an amazing custom presentation. To top it all off, we got to watch the event unfold at Five Fridges Farm, a venue that was just as unique as the event!
