Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our venue Social Capitol and ensure it is running efficiently. This role also would include the innovation and creation of custom design displays for catered events.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and supervise maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting day to day issues
- Operate and maintain power tools and other equipment needed for repairs.
- Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies.
- Accountable for workshop area and keeping a clean and organized area
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and oversee Footers Helpers staff as needed.
- Collaborate with management to address facility needs and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
- Knowledge of general automotive repairs
- Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe operation.
- Welding experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
